Hello All. My name is Connor Johnen and I am one of the co-hosts of this lovely and annoying podcast.

I graduated from Colorado State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a concentration in Archaeology. I was so enthralled with Archaeology and Anthropology, I decided to continue my education at the University of Wyoming. I graduated with a Master's of Arts in Anthropology in 2017 and now work as a GIS Specialist at Alpine Archaeological Consultants, Inc. in Montrose, Colorado.

My thesis work focused on ArcGIS predictive modeling of residential locations in the Wind River Range in Northwestern Wyoming. My thesis workultimately got me into the GIS (geographic information systems) world. I decided to continue working with GIS in an archaeological context.

My other interests in archaeology include Peopling of the Americas, use of montane environments in prehistory, and any other archaeology I can get my hands on and understand.
